December is the hardest month for families who live far from the cemetery. We place evergreen wreaths, grave blankets, poinsettias and solar candles at cemeteries around Cuba, and send photographs before Christmas so you can see the grave looking cared for.

Book by the first of December. Winter decorations stay in place into the new year, and we return to remove them so nothing is left to freeze into the ground.
Getting to Cuba
Cuba is about 85 miles from our base at 9775 Deer Run Rd, Williamsburg. We cover Bourbon, Steelville and Leasburg on the same trip, so graves in more than one cemetery can often be done in a single visit. Because Cuba sits toward the edge of our 150-mile radius, we run this area on scheduled dates — booking two weeks ahead makes a real difference, especially for Memorial Day and Christmas.

How do I pay?
We send an invoice by email once your booking is confirmed, payable by card or bank transfer. Seasonal plans can be paid for the year or per visit. Nothing is charged until we have confirmed we can do the work.
What happens to the old decorations?
We remove faded arrangements, take them away and dispose of them properly. If there is anything you want kept — a keepsake, a ribbon, a figurine — tell us and we will mail it back to you.
Can you place something I send?
Yes. Mail us the item and we will place it, photograph it and tell you how it is holding up on the next visit. This is a popular option for handmade pieces and military mementos.
Do you work in winter?
We do. Christmas is one of our busiest seasons. If snow or ice makes a cemetery unsafe to walk, we reschedule to the next safe day and tell you — we will not send you a photograph of a grave we could not reach properly.
