What we collect
When you send a booking request or a message we collect your name, email address, phone number, the details you give us about the grave, and anything you write in the message. If you leave a review we collect the name and town you choose to publish.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to find the right grave, to carry out the work you asked for, to send you photographs, and to invoice you. We also keep a record of past visits so we can repeat them accurately.
Who we share it with
Nobody, except where it is necessary to do the work — for example, giving a cemetery office the name on a marker so they can confirm a plot location. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
Photographs
Photographs of a grave we have decorated belong to your family. We may use a photograph on this website or on social media only if you have told us we can, and we will never publish a full name or a family’s personal message without permission.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets a session cookie so forms work securely. If website analytics are enabled, they collect anonymous information about which pages are visited.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep booking records for as long as you remain a customer and for seven years afterwards for accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete anything else at any time by emailing sarah@sarahsgravedecor.com.
