Choose the decoration
Pick a package and a season, or describe what your family has always done. Favourite colours, a veteran's flag, a birthday balloon, silk instead of fresh — it is your arrangement, not a catalogue item.
We visit, decorate and tidy
We clear old debris and faded arrangements, clean the marker if it is part of your package, set the new decoration securely against wind and mowers, and leave the site the way you would want to find it.
Photographs arrive the same day
You receive dated photographs of the finished grave, usually within a few hours of the visit, along with a short note about the condition of the stone and the grounds.

For families who can’t be there
Most of the people we work for do not live in Missouri any more. They moved for work, for family, for warmer winters. The grave is still theirs to care for, and the distance makes that hard in a way that is difficult to explain to anyone who has not felt it.

Questions families ask first
How far do you travel?
We serve cemeteries within about 150 miles of Williamsburg, Missouri. That covers Callaway, Boone, Cole and Audrain counties, the St. Charles and St. Louis area, the Lake of the Ozarks, Rolla, Hannibal, Kirksville, and parts of west-central Illinois. If you are close to the edge of that range, call and ask — we often travel further for full seasonal plans.
What if I do not know exactly where the grave is?
That is very common, and it is not a problem. Give us the cemetery name and the full name on the marker, along with a year if you know it. We locate the stone, photograph it, and send you the picture to confirm before we decorate anything.
When will I get the photographs?
Usually within a few hours of the visit, and always the same day. Each set includes the finished arrangement, a close view of the marker, and a wider shot of the plot and its surroundings.
Do you use fresh or artificial flowers?
Both, and the right choice depends on the date. Fresh is beautiful for a specific day such as a birthday or a funeral anniversary. UV-stable silk is better for a whole season, especially in July heat or December wind.
What about cemetery rules?
We check the rules for each cemetery before we place anything. Many restrict glass, shepherd hooks, solar lights or in-ground planting, and some clear all decorations on set dates. If a rule affects what you have asked for, we call you before the visit rather than after.
Can you clean a headstone that has gone dark or green?
Yes. We use soft brushes, water and stone-safe cleaners appropriate to granite, marble or limestone. We never use bleach, acids or pressure washing, which damage stone permanently. Very old or badly weathered markers are cleaned gradually across several visits rather than forced in one.
