When will I get the photographs?
Usually within a few hours of the visit, and always the same day. Each set includes the finished arrangement, a close view of the marker, and a wider shot of the plot and its surroundings.
Do you use fresh or artificial flowers?
Both, and the right choice depends on the date. Fresh is beautiful for a specific day such as a birthday or a funeral anniversary. UV-stable silk is better for a whole season, especially in July heat or December wind.
What about cemetery rules?
We check the rules for each cemetery before we place anything. Many restrict glass, shepherd hooks, solar lights or in-ground planting, and some clear all decorations on set dates. If a rule affects what you have asked for, we call you before the visit rather than after.
