Do you use fresh or artificial flowers?
Both, and the right choice depends on the date. Fresh is beautiful for a specific day such as a birthday or a funeral anniversary. UV-stable silk is better for a whole season, especially in July heat or December wind.
What about cemetery rules?
We check the rules for each cemetery before we place anything. Many restrict glass, shepherd hooks, solar lights or in-ground planting, and some clear all decorations on set dates. If a rule affects what you have asked for, we call you before the visit rather than after.
Can you clean a headstone that has gone dark or green?
Yes. We use soft brushes, water and stone-safe cleaners appropriate to granite, marble or limestone. We never use bleach, acids or pressure washing, which damage stone permanently. Very old or badly weathered markers are cleaned gradually across several visits rather than forced in one.
How far ahead should I book?
Two weeks is comfortable for most dates. Memorial Day and Christmas fill first — we recommend booking Memorial Day by the tenth of May and Christmas by the first of December. Same-week visits are often possible close to Callaway County.
